Implementation notes
ADJUST-PE abstract says "50 years or older" (identical at 50, where age × 10 = 500). Failure rate and ≥ 75-year figures from the ADJUST-PE abstract. Both studies used assays with a conventional 500 µg/L cut-off; neither text read states FEU vs DDU — apply only to an assay whose validated cut-off is 500 µg/L in the units entered.
